During her career she has worked with organisations as an industry quality expert and GCP advisor, has led international multifunctional teams in the implementation of rapid containment and resolution of quality issues and has created successful global quality assurance and quality management organisations. However, it is her track record in driving the awareness and visibility of quality through innovative proactive quality management and risk management solutions and her pragmatic and collaborative approach for which she is known.
In the new paradigm of quality and risk management, quality professionals will be called upon to project manage large quality and risk process review and transformation projects. As a PRINCE II practitioner Cathy is well qualified to accomplish this task.
Cathy is a dynamic and versatile professional with more than 25 years of Pharmaceutical Clinical Research expertise working in strategic and operational quality leadership positions within the high risk and fast moving area of Quality Compliance and Risk Management.
